Information collected

When you purchase a package, Stripe collects and processes your contact, billing, and payment information. Ringmasters Live receives the order details needed to contact you and fulfill the service. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored on this site.

How information is used

We use your information to process your order, communicate about campaign materials and scheduling, deliver the purchased service, prevent fraud, maintain records, and resolve questions or disputes.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by providers that operate checkout, hosting, email, and service delivery. We do not sell customer contact information. Records are kept only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, security, accounting, legal obligations, and dispute handling.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible information by emailing bigpoppap2009@gmail.com. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
