Service and fulfillment
Packages are one-time advertising services. The 30-day fulfillment period begins after payment and after Ringmasters Live receives all required merchandise, artwork, links, approvals, and instructions. Scheduling may depend on weather, safety, public-space rules, platform availability, and other conditions outside our control.
If service cannot be provided
If Ringmasters Live cannot provide the purchased service for any reason, we will contact you personally using the details supplied at checkout to arrange rescheduling, a reasonable alternative, or another appropriate resolution.
Customer materials
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every trademark, logo, image, message, product, and other item you provide. We may refuse unlawful, misleading, unsafe, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable campaigns.
No performance guarantee
Audience size, views, impressions, engagement, sales, and conversions are not guaranteed. The package covers the stated placement and content deliverables only.
Independent service
Ringmasters Live is not affiliated with Fremont Street Experience, the City of Las Vegas, any casino or venue, or any social platform referenced on this site. Brand reuse rights in Tier 3 cover the delivered campaign clips, subject to any third-party platform limitations.
